A public offering is carried out utilizing the following three methods:

  -  Sales of the incumbent shares

  -  Capital increase

  -  Utilizing both methods

Also, three sales methods are employed during the public offering of shares:

  a)  Book building

  b)  Sales in the Exchange

  c)  Sales without book building
