As it is announced in the General Letter Number 4166 contract size of gold future contracts will be changed to 1 from 100.

Current gold future contracts will expire on June 13,2014 and all the positions in these contracts will migrate to the new sized (1 gram) contracts at the end of the day. The contracts with new contract sizes will be available for trading on June 16,2014.

The new contract codes for the current gold futures contract codes are shown in the table below respectively.
