Borsa İstanbul Management plans to make changes in the BIST Market Cap Weighted Stock Indices Methodology (Methodology) in order to include the shares traded on the Pre-Market Trading Platform within the scope of the BIST ALL SHARES Index (Index). Since these changes will cause a change in the method of determining the components of the Index, it has been opened to the consultation of the stakeholders in accordance with the provisions of on the Article 7.5 of the Borsa İstanbul Financial Benchmarks Management Procedure (Procedure).
