Gürsel Turizm Taşımacılık ve Servis Ticaret A.Ş. listed on Borsa İstanbul with the Opening Bell Ceremony held on March 9, 2022. Shares offered to the public started to be traded on BIST MAIN with the ticker code “GRSEL”.

In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

“Distinguished guests, Today, I welcome you all to your home, to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Exchange as we celebrate the listing of Gürsel Turizm at our Exchange.

Gürsel Turizm is a well-established and powerful company in the sector. The company further strengthened its equity capital with an IPO amount of 182 million TL. It will finance its growth through capital markets as well. Gürsel Turizm has reached a wide customer base with its broad service network, and today it has reached a wide investor base with the IPO it has launched. It has launched a successful IPO with a sale to approximately 257 thousand investors.

As Borsa İstanbul, we aim to expand our new products and services. In this regard, we will launch a new product. Next week, we will launch Government Bond Futures Contracts with Physical Delivery. As such, we will enable investors to manage their interest rate risks in a better way. By ensuring the interaction between the spot market and the futures market, we will create more efficient prices.
