Pasifik GYO listed on Borsa İstanbul with the Opening Bell Ceremony held on December 16, 2021. Shares offered to the public started to be traded in the BIST STARS with the ticker code “PSGYO”.

In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Pasifik GYO conducts successful projects in the field of real estate and construction. Along with these successful projects in Ankara and İstanbul, it leads the development of the sector as well as contributes to the growth of our country. We are more than glad to see such a successful and significant Real Estate Investment Trust among us, at our Exchange.

This year we set a new record in initial public offerings (IPO). Pasifik GYO is the 53rd company listed on Borsa İstanbul. The previous record was in 1990 with 35 companies. What is essential here is to ensure continuity by bringing companies of a certain size and a certain number to our Exchange, not just for one year, but for the next year, and the years ahead, if possible, and thus making it permanent to finance the growth through capital markets for the sustainable growth of our country.

Pasifik GYO launched a very successful IPO with a revenue of approximately 1.1 billion TL.
