On September 2, 2021, Orçay Ortaköy Çay Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., one of the ambitious competitors of  tea industry, listed in Borsa İstanbul following the Opening Bell Ceremony. The ceremony was held with the participation of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. CEO Korkmaz Ergun, Orçay A.Ş Chairman of the Board Mehmet Erdoğan and Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler Deputy Chairman of the Board Emre Tezmen.

Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler was the intermediary institution of the IPO which was held due to the raise of Orçay’s capital from TL 12,465 million to 20,465 million TL. A total of 8 million TL shares par value issued for the IPO. The IPO was held at Borsa İstanbul Primary Market between August 26-27 with the "Book Building at Fixed Price Method". Attracting plenty of investors during the demand collection process, the total demand size of the company was 432,534.900 million TL, exceeding 5.46 times the size of the IPO. The price of Orçay's shares with a par value of 1 TL was 9.90 TL apiece. The company raised 79,200 million TL in total with the IPO consisting of 75.496 thousand foreign and domestic investors.

In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. contended as follows:
