The meeting will be held at Boğaziçi University Uçaksavar Campus, Garanti Cultural Hall, Ayhan Şahenk Hall. At the meeting, the Chairman will be elected for a term of three years, by March 31, 2018 and one Board member will be elected in accordance with articles 10 and 11 of the Company’s Articles of Association.

Following the meeting, investment institutions that have realized the highest traded value on Borsa İstanbul markets in 2014 will be awarded.
