On the occasion of the official opening of the Global Entrepreneurship Week and the first anniversary of the launch of Borsa İstanbul Private Market, which brings together start-ups and all companies with growth potential without going public, an opening-bell ceremony will be held at Borsa İstanbul on Monday, November 16, 2015.

A web-based and membership based platform, bringing companies and investors together for trading shares without going public, Borsa İstanbul Private Market will celebrate its first anniversary at the Global Entrepreneurship Week. During last year, Borsa İstanbul brought together numerous entrepreneurial companies with growth potential under a single roof, and will host the official opening of the Global Entrepreneurial Week this year as well.

The first anniversary of the Private Market as well as the official opening of the Global Entrepreneurial Week will start off with an opening-bell ceremony at Borsa İstanbul with the participation of Habitat and International Entrepreneurship Center President Sezai Hazır, Endeavor Turkey Board member, Entrepreneurship Association founder and Chairman Sina Afra, The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Young Entrepreneurs Board Chairman Ali Sabancı and Borsa İstanbul CEO Tuncay Dinç.

At the ceremony, Habitat and International Entrepreneurship Center President Sezai Hazır, Endeavor Turkey Board member, Entrepreneurship Association founder and Chairman Sina Afra, and The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Young Entrepreneurs Board Chairman Ali Sabancı will deliver opening speeches. Following the opening, Aslanoba Capital Chairman Hasan Aslanoba will deliver a keynote speech and a panel on the Turkish investment ecosystem, moderated by Endeavor Turkey Secretary General Didem Altop, will be held.
