It has been decided by Borsa İstanbul Management to make amendments to the BIST-KYD Indices Methodology regarding information below.

- The changes will be implemented in the Methodology within the scope of reconsidering the selection, reissuance and partial redemption of Corporate Eurobonds included in the BIST-KYD Corporate Eurobond Indices.

- For securities included in the BIST-KYD Corporate Bond Indices (Fixed and Floating) and BIST-KYD Corporate Lease Certificates Indices, the minimum nominal amount requirement will be increased from TRY 300 million to a minimum of TRY 500 million by taking into account inflation rates.

These proposed changes will impact the methodology for determining the constituents of the indices. Therefore, they are classified as material changes under Article 7.2 of the Financial Benchmarks Management Procedure. Consequently, they will be subject to the opinion of Financial Benchmarks beneficiaries in accordance with the explanations in Article 7.5 of the Financial Benchmarks Management Procedure.

All comments are welcome between March 13 - 29, 2024 on the "Methodology Changes in Consultation Process" section at the "Methodologies and Changes" page of Borsa Istanbul's corporate website.
