The first company to go public on Borsa İstanbul this year has been Hedef Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı (venture capital investment trust). 74.75% of the company’s capital started being traded on Borsa İstanbul Collective Products Market on February 3, 2015. Hedef Girişim is also a member of Borsa İstanbul Private Market. TL 14 million 950 of the company’s issued capital of TL 20 million was sold to 307 investors during the public offering on January 22-23, 2015.
