Borsa İstanbul Executive Vice President Associate Professor Mustafa Kemal Yılmaz and Senkron Güvenlik ve İletişim Sistemleri Chairman Bülent Çobanoğlu participated in the bell-ringing ceremony held at Borsa İstanbul today.
In his speech at the ceremony, Borsa İstanbul Executive Vice President Mustafa Kemal Yılmaz indicated that the initial public offering (IPO) of Senkron Güvenlik ve İletişim Sistemleri is the third IPO of 2015, and emphasized that he believes that important new public offerings will be realized in the forthcoming months. Mustafa Kemal Yılmaz congratulated Senkron Güvenlik ve İletişim Sistemleri A.Ş. for the step they have taken towards institutionalization and for their vision and performance.
Senkron Güvenlik ve İletişim Sistemleri Chairman Bülent Çobanoğlu said that the Company is using the added value it has created during the last eighteen years, and that they want to create a self-sufficient, free-of-debt, long-term and sustainable company that can be transferred to the following generations. Çobanoğlu stated that, they are aware of the fact that publicly traded companies operating in an institutionalized structure, and that are accountable and transparent are much more prestigious and successful, in addition to growing consistently and strengthening their financial structure; so they decided to go public.
