Borsa İstanbul’s Opening Bell Rang for Zeray GYO (REIT)

In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Today, I welcome you all to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Exchange as we celebrate the listing of Zeray Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (REIT) at Borsa İstanbul.

Zeray Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (REIT) has established itself in the sector with its projects in Kocaeli and continues to grow with its projects in Ankara. Today, the company commences trading on our Exchange, further advancing its growth objectives with new projects funded by the proceeds from the IPO. We highly value the role of our capital markets in financing the real estate sector through real estate investment trusts and prioritize contributions to the institutionalization of the industry.
