In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Today, I welcome you all to the Opening Bell Ceremony as we celebrate the listing of Artemis Halı A.Ş. at Borsa İstanbul.

Artemis Halı, the contemporary representative of the Turkish carpet weaving tradition, will further increase its brand value by starting to be traded on Borsa İstanbul today. The company will reinforce its solid structure, which it has built with its extensive network and exports to different countries, by realizing its investments with the proceeds from the IPO. Thereby, we are delighted to contribute to the financing of the company's investments, brand value and institutionalization.

I would like to extend my thanks to everyone who contributed to the IPO, all company employees and the intermediary institution. I wish this IPO to be auspicious for our capital markets and I would like to welcome Artemis Halı to the Borsa İstanbul family.
