The Initial Public Offering of LDR Turizm A.Ş.has been completed. Shares offered to the public will be listed in the BIST STARS with the ticker code “LIDER”.

In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Today, I welcome you all to your home, to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Exchange as we celebrate the listing of Lider Filo at our Exchange.

Operating in the car rental sector, Lider Filo aims to grow by expanding its vehicle fleet with the IPO revenue. Thanks to this IPO, the company will further strengthen its capital structure and advance its steps in the institutionalization process with the support of capital markets.

Lider Filo launched an outstanding IPO with a total IPO amount of 390 million TL and a sale to 294 thousand investors.

Along with the high number of investors participating in this IPO of Lider Filo, there has been a significant increase in the number of investors thanks to IPOs and growing interest in the capital markets over the past two years.

On this occasion, I would like the underline the importance of increasing financial literacy for our newly arrived investors, taking the advice of investment advisors of the intermediary institutions they work with, and keep abreast of the company news announced by them on the public disclosure platform, not on social media.
