Elite Naturel Organik Gıda Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş. listed in Borsa İstanbul with the Opening Bell Ceremony held on November 15, 2021. The company started to be traded in the BIST Main with the ticker code “ELITE”.

In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Today, I welcome you all to your home, to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Exchange as we celebrate the listing of Elite Natürel Organik Gıda at our Stock Exchange.

Elite Natürel Gıda launched a very successful IPO with a sale of 196 million TL to approximately 137 thousand investors. The IPO revenue will be used to expand the organic production area and solar energy investment. Moreover, the company will continue to make significant exports to America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific countries with its qualified production. As Borsa İstanbul, we are delighted to see our innovative companies, such as Elite Naturel, that produce and export.

We, as Borsa İstanbul, have developed new financial products for companies that make exports, and imports such as Elite Natürel. Last month, we launched physically delivered USD/TRY futures contracts. This new financial product has two important features. The first one is the physical delivery at maturity, the second one is the flexible maturity structure. In other words, according to the amount of USD that you will need for a certain date, you can make a futures contract on our Exchange to receive it physically on that specific date. As such, you can manage your currency risk in a secure and more transparent environment, with a more competitive price advantage.
