COMPANIES THAT CAN ACT AS A MARKET ADVISOR
The institutions that may act as a Market Advisors are determined by the CMB in terms of types of activities upon the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Exchange. In this framework, companies having the following activities within the scope of CMB regulations may act as a market advisor;
• Intermediary institutions that have an Investment Advisory or Public Offering Intermediation license,
• Portfolio management companies with Investment Advisory license,
• Venture capital investment trusts.
